We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let

To minimize the risk of returns, we recommend viewing our size charts before placing your order. Please ensure you are selecting the right size and color.

Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds at this time. Additionally, we will not refund for wrong size or color or buyer’s remorse or for any other reason unless you received the incorrect item or a damaged item. To minimize the risk of returns, we recommend viewing our size charts before placing your order. Please ensure you are selecting the right size and color. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. You then have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if you received the incorrect item or you received it damaged. If any of
these apply, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
If you received the wrong item or damaged items, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and hasn’t been visibly worn or used in any way (pristine condition).*
Please email us to initiate the process if there’s something wrong with your order.Â
For any return item(s) that falls under the acceptable reasons listed above, you will have the option of either a refund, exchange for the same item(s), or credit towards another item(s). Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved for the acceptable reasons as indicated above in our return policy, we will 1) initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3-5 business days; 2) send you the exchanged item as indicated on your return slip; or 3) place a credit on your account, as indicated on the return slip accompanying the returned item(s). If you received the wrong item or a damaged item and we decide to issue a refund, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Any item(s) not returned within 14 calendar days after receipt that fall under the acceptable reasons as indicated in this return policy, as determined by Triple D Gift Shop, LLC, will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit. No exceptions.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at [insert your support email here] within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!Â
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us by emailing within 7 calendar after your receive your order. If you can prove your case, we’ll do our best to replace it free of charge. Please email us within 7 days to initiate the return process for a damaged item.
Proof
Whenever possible, always record unpacking from any store. A video is the best proof that any damage is not your fault. Pictures are also good for most cases.
Receiving Wrong Size or Color due to Manufacturer Error
In the rare case that you did not receive the size or color you ordered, we’ll exchange it free of charge. Please let us know us know by emailing within 7 days from the date you received your order. If we ask you to return the item as proof, it has to be in pristine condition. Once received and satisfactory, a new item will be sent.
